When should I arrive in Ahmedabad? +
We recommend arriving at least one day before your first wedding event so you have enough time to rest, settle in, and enjoy the celebrations without rushing.
Will airport pickup be available? +
Yes, we plan to organize airport pickup on the main arrival days. If you would like to use this service, please share your flight details in the RSVP form so we can coordinate transportation from the airport to your hotel.
Will transportation be arranged between the hotel and the wedding venues? +
Yes, transportation will be arranged between the main guest hotels and the wedding venues for the wedding events. Shuttle details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Where should I stay? +
We have shared a few recommended accommodation options on the website across different budget levels. In the RSVP, please let us know whether you prefer option A, B, C, or if you would rather arrange your own stay and choose Other.
What should I wear? +
Each day has its own dress code and theme, which you can find in the What to Wear section of the website.

Please note that black is not allowed as the main outfit color for any event. Black is fine for pants or small accents, and navy or dark blue is also welcome.
Do I need an Indian SIM card? +
It can be very helpful, especially if you plan to use ride-hailing apps such as Uber, Ola, or Rapido, since many of them require an Indian phone number. Local SIM cards are usually easy to purchase at the airport or official stores such as Airtel, Jio, or Vodafone Idea.
Can I arrange my own hotel or transportation? +
Absolutely. You are welcome to arrange your own accommodation and transportation if you prefer. If you choose to book a different hotel, simply select Other in the RSVP.
Will there be food options for different dietary preferences? +
Yes, we hope to make the celebrations enjoyable for everyone. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please mention them in the RSVP so we can keep them in mind.
